**About the company**

Join a large residential builder who have grown to become a prominent and leading residential construction company in QLD. Then build exclusive residential developments across QLD ranging from small private projects to large conglomerate building projects.

**About the role**

As the ArchiCAD Drafter you will produce drawings of residential building projects. You will work alongside other Drafters and assist the Design Manager to ensure projects are completed according to residential design codes and Australian standards.

**Requirements for this role**
- 3+ years experience in ArchiCAD drafting.
- Strong understanding and skills in residential buildings
- Good understanding of residential design standards
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to mentor junior drafters
