Judy Klein’s crèche is looking for an educator to join our warm small 20 place centre to work as an assistant educator in our 2-3 year-old room.
This room has 12 children with three educators.
Flexible roster

**To be considered you will have**:

- Working towards a certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or completed)
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- A current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
- Current Working with Children check
- Child protection training - or willing to complete
- Must be fully vaccinated

**Essential Qualities**
- Warm caring personality to establish trusting, happy relationships with children and families
- A passion for children and education and a desire to seek continual self and Service improvement
- Ability to work in a team environment and be a creative and cooperative team player
- Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills

**Daily duties**:

- Setting up equipment and experiences (indoor and outdoor)
- Packing away equipment/experiences
- Wiping all surfaces such as tables, chairs, and benchtops daily
- Mopping floor of children’s bathroom, and cleaning children’s toilets and hand basins

**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Elsternwick, VIC 3185: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
