Featuring beautiful landscaping and gardens and fronts onto the Molonglo river. Just 10 minutes from the Canberra CBD and yet a world away, taking tranquil views across the Molonglo river and beyond to the Brindabella Mountains. Our Chefs utilise the fresh produce picked daily for our hospitality venues and ready to eat meals._

Due to expansion, Pialligo Estate is now seeking the services of a highly capable and experienced **Venue Manager** to oversee and lead our Pavilions Dining Team which has recently been recognised with a coveted chef's hat by the Good Food Guide, and with a second unique concept coming around the corner.

The Pavilions at Pialligo Estate are oriented to provide magnificent views of the Estate's Vineyards, Olive Grove and Canberra's skyline featuring Parliament House and Black Mountain Tower. Featuring most prominently is our own carefully planned-out farm. Here, the very freshest organic produce is picked daily where it only needs to be carried a few meters to be prepared for a truly vertically-integrated farm-to-table experience.Helmed by an international culinary talent, this produce is curated into a smart seasonal menu. Our charcuterie boards feature artisan smoked products hand-prepared from our award-winning smokehouse. Our Estate wines are picked straight from our own vines and produced by one of Canberra’s most recognized winemakers.We are seeking a talented manager to run the Pavilions, ensure a smooth running service and outstanding customer experiences. It will be a position which requires excellent organizational and communication skills and will be suited for an individual with a proven success record looking to further their growth and development. Most importantly, we value a passion for great food and drink with an atmosphere to match.

Run the day to day service of the Pavilions including a la carte dining and multiple events
Work closely with the F&B Manager and Executive Chef
Manage and exceed customer expectations
Supervise and develop a team of enthusiastic staff
Liaise with the reservations manager to manage and maximise bookings
Drive financial outcomes through implementing effective revenue strategies and cost control measures, including stock management and staff rostering
Enthusiasm and knowledge about fresh organic produce, sustainability, innovative menus, and amazing experiences
A confident and extroverted personality
A fast paced work ethic
An ability to lead by example
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
