**Position available**
Floor Manager

**What we are looking for**
2+ years experience in a supervisor or manegement role in a premium, busy restaurant

Ability to lead a high volume restaurant with large covers in peak periods

A passionate leader, invested in the development and success of their team

Proven ability to drive sales

Ability to motivate and drive a large team

Strong communication and organizational skills

Customer centric focus

Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast paced, high volume restaurant with up to 400 covers in the height of summer.

Have full Australian working rights.

Available to work nights and weekends.
