The Bakehouse North Kellyville is hiring, and we are in need of a qualified Baker/Pastry Cook to join us. This role would offer a 5 day week (includes 1 day on the weekend) starting early and finishing early for a great work/life balance

Duties include
- Baking a variety of breads from scratch using a variety of flours
- Preparing sweet and savoury pastry and dough fillings, rolling out pastry and creating a variety of baked goods
- Monitoring proving, cooking and cooling times, in addition to ensuring the consistent appearance of items
- Baking bread and pastry in deck & rack ovens

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Baker’s Hand or Baker
- Certificate III in Bread Baking (FBP30417) or Certificate III in Baking
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Reliable punctuality & efficiency
- Ability to collaborative with a team as well as work independently

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
