**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the setup, execution, and breakdown of all banquet events, including weddings, conferences, and corporate functions.
- Ensure all events are delivered in accordance with guest expectations and hotel standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate banquet staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Liaise with the kitchen, event planning, and AV teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Monitor inventory and requisition banquet supplies as needed.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in scheduling and payroll reporting for banquet staff.
- Provide feedback and performance evaluations for team members.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
