**Key Responsibilities**:
~ Reception duties — greet clients warmly and professionally.
~ General admin support including day-to-day appointment scheduling and office admin tasks.

~ Create and schedule social media content across Instagram and Facebook using Canva and Planoly.
~ Assist with marketing our online business and promoting digital courses.
~ Video editing for social media, promotional and course content.
~ Support day-to-day tasks as directed by the employer.
~ Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and internal policies.

**Skills & Experience Required**:
~ Strong social media and digital marketing experience.
~ Confident using: Meta Business (Instagram and Facebook), Canva, Planoly, Kajabi, and Google Workspace and video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve and/or CapCut. Bonus points if you are already familiar with Cliniko.

~ WWCC required. First Aid Cert would be a advantageous.
~ Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
~ Experience in administration or front-of-house roles.
~ Dependable, self-motivated, and calm under pressure.
- Location:_ 1/35 Woodlark St, Lismore
- Position:_ Part-time Min 12 hours per week (Must be available Monday-Thursday)
