Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our brand and attract new customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our website, utilising AI technologies such as ChatGPT and automation tools like Zapier.
- Utilise Zoho CRM to manage customer relationships, track leads, and analyse data to optimise marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads and increase conversion rates.
- Analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and AI technology.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website development, automation, and CRM management.
- Proficiency in AI technologies such as ChatGPT and automation tools like Zapier.
- Strong understanding of Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience with lead generation techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
