**Role Description**

RP Infrastructure are on the lookout for a Finance Business Partner to assist the business in its next phase of growth. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of central accounting operations across our national business, and providing trusted information to the Finance team and senior stakeholders.

Located in our Melbourne office, you’ll be responsible for:

- Providing accurate financial advice and analysis to senior stakeholders and Executives.
- Assisting with financial modelling, budgets and forecasting.
- Support month end processes and variance analysis.
- Accurate invoicing and accounts management.
- Assisting with the management of project cashflows, ensuring they are accurate and up to date at the required deadlines.
- Timesheet management.
- Weekly client reporting and payment scheduling.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar, preferably from the Construction, Property, Project Management, Engineering, Real Estate or other related service-based industries.

You’ll also need:

- A minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role - we are looking for a self-starter who is driven and highly motivated to think on their feet, take on the challenge, and work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior stakeholders and executives.
- The ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment - things can move quickly in our business, so grit, resilience and determination are traits that will help you succeed.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Advanced technical and analytical skills.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL and/or BST would also be advantageous (but is not essential).
