**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Joining the team as a Retail assistant, you will enjoy working in a supportive and rewarding retail environment. This role is currently working Friday and Saturday 9am - 5pm (14 hours per week), with potential for more hours during peak periods.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Provide exceptional customer care
- Retail customer service and sales of frames
- Maintaining presentation of store and stock
- Answering incoming calls and booking appointments

**ABOUT YOU**

The successful person will have the following skills and attributes:

- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A team player with outstanding work ethic
- Well presented with a demonstrated energy to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Previous retail and customer service experience is a bonus but not essential as training will be provided
- Passion to learn new skills and take on new challenges
