**Kitchen Hand**

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team. You will play an important role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by supporting chefs and ensuring a clean, safe, and organised environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with basic food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and other ingredients.
- Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Load, run, and empty the dishwasher; keep dishes and cutlery ready for use.
- Take out rubbish and maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.
- Assist chefs with any other duties as required.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Understanding of basic hygiene and safety practices.

**Job Type**: Casual
