Internal Sales

Austwel Building Materials is a fast-growing building construction materials company focusing on Aluminum Windows and Doors for commercial and residential use. We are constantly looking for talented future leaders to help better our business.

We are currently looking for an energetic and passionate Internal Sales (Entry Level) to join our team.

This position is based in Cabramatta NSW.

**Your tasks and responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Assisting with a variety of Sales administrative tasks including ad-hoc duties
- Coordinating between departments
- Sorting and distributing external enquiries to the right department
- Supporting sales team with customer service
- Being the contact point externally and internally
- Placing order for clients

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Prior experience as a customer service role will be desired but not necessary
- Experience with Sales administrative and clerical procedures
- MUST be able to **speak and read English and Chinese**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with other team members
- Excellent in time management skills in accomplishing required duties
- Provide excellent customer service

Salary will be based on skills and experience.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
