**About the Role**:
As a Sales Team Member, you would be representing one of Queensland’s leading toy and candy retailers, engaging with customers with a passion for the products and a smile on your face

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
1. Customer Service & Sales:

- Greet every customer with a friendly smile and warm welcome.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and help them find the perfect toy, game, or gift.
- Create a fun, positive shopping experience that encourages repeat visits.
- Promote current sales, special offers, and new products to boost store performance.
- Answer questions about products, prices, and promotions confidently.
- Encourage customers to try our interactive products.

2. Point of Sale (POS) & Transactions:

- Operate the EFTPOS to process sales efficiently.
- Handle cash accurately, provide correct change, and balance the till at the end of each shift.

3. Merchandising & Stock Management:

- Restock shelves, ensuring the shop and kiosk are always full, tidy, and inviting.
- Set up displays to highlight featured items and seasonal products.

Assist with receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, and checking inventory.
- Monitor product sales and report low stock levels to management.

4. Store Presentation & Cleanliness:

- Keep the shop and kiosk clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness in customer areas.
- Ensure all products are well-presented.

5. Teamwork & Communication:

- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Communicate effectively with managers about sales trends, stock issues, or customer feedback.
- Support other team members during busy periods.

6. Opening & Closing Duties.

Part Time Position

Hours 15 to 25 per week

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.65 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
