We are seeking Catering Assistants to join our team at our vibrant Residential Villages in **Bangalow, Byron Bay **and **Wommin Bay (Kingscliff). **Our hours on offer are flexible and we can support Casual, Part time, and Full time contracts.

**About the Role**:

- Supporting the Head Chef and team with the daily running of the commercial kitchen
- Assist in the preparation of meals for residents, ensuring consistency in quality, taste and presentation
- Deliver meals to residents (meals, drinks, morning and afternoon teas)
- Assist with the organisation and cleaning of the Kitchen
- Monitoring and reporting on sufficient food supplies and low stock

**About You**:

- Safe Food Handling for Food Handlers Level 1 (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for hospitality, engaging and supporting older people
- Previous Kitchen Hand experience is essential
- COVID 19 Vaccinations (including Booster) certification
- Annual Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
