An opportunity exists at for a specialist support (inclusion) teacher who: - has worked with a wide range of students with disabilities, but particularly ASD, SLI and ID- Has preferably written or had some involvement with ICPs, PLPs, alternate programs, safety plans, risk assessments and behaviour plans
**You will be required to**: - Consult and collaborate with the student and/or their parents, guardians or carers and external providers
- Assess and identify the needs of the student
- Provide reasonable adjustments to the students to address their identified needs
- Monitor and review the impact of the adjustments provided
- Case manage students and be a professional liaison with classroom teachers regarding inclusive practices that enable students to succeed
