About the Role As Store Manager, you'll be leading one of the biggest and busiest stores in the country, managing high stock volumes, driving strong results, and mentoring a large, diverse team. You’ll be supported every step of the way, with: - A dedicated Buddy Manager to help you onboard and learn the ropes - On-the-ground support from your Regional and VM Managers - A structured training plan to get you up to speed on systems, processes, and people leadership This is a Full-Time role with availability needed across weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
