**About the Role**

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing friendly and professional service to our valued customers. You’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience, assist with product inquiries, and ensure the store operates smoothly.

**What You’ll Do**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain a well-presented store by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Handle transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Support your team with daily operations and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

- A genuine passion for customer service and retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential—we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts.

Pay: $46,460.00 - $89,904.44 per year

**Benefits**:

- Employee discount

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
