**Your new opportunity**

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? If so, we want you to join our team at the Adelaide RAA Shop Reporting to the Adelaide & Mt Barker Shop Manager. You'll provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

In addition, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service to members and customers.
- Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA’s extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.
- Resolve inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members.
- Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team.

**Hours**

Permanent part-time role, 9:30 am - 3:30 pm, three days per week (must include Friday, other days are negotiable)

**About you**

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

- A genuine passion for helping others.
- Proficient with the use of computers.
- Ability to build rapport with members and teammates.
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
