**Apprenticeship Programs**
Our Apprentice Program encourages the growth and development of individuals to become skilled and qualified trades persons through completion of a Cert III Glass and Glazing and experience within our business, ready to take on onsite tradespersons roles in areas such as our Service and Installation Teams.

As part of our Glazing Apprentice Program, an Apprentice Glazier works across various departments within the business throughout their apprenticeship, such as factory glazing and frame assembly, installation, glass processing and service, and has the opportunity to work alongside sub-contractors, to learn many aspects of the window and door industry. An Apprentice will learn how to assemble frames, process glass, glaze and perform service tasks and repairs, supported by each department they work in and our Trade Mentor.

Attendance at Balga North Metropolitan TAFE 1 day per week and successful completion of studies is also required for an apprentice to attain their qualification.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of year 10 minimum
- Current Police clearance (within last 6 months)
- Complete/pass fitness for work and drug and alcohol test
- Have a C class drivers licence
- Safety Conscious - role involves manual handling and use of tools
- Mechanically minded - want to know how things work
- Physically fit - products can be heavy and/or awkward to lift and carry
- Enjoy hands on work
- Strong work ethic with a desire for continual learning
- Able to work well within a team environment
- Able to read and interpret paperwork
