**The role**:
To deliver the services which transform NAB’s Workplace Technology which delights NAB colleagues, through user centric technology, automation, leveraging the latest and modern cloud-based technologies.
- Responsible for Workplace Delivery Transformation team, through managing business priorities, resource levels and third-party providers
- Assume budget accountability for the Workplace Technology transformation budget and drive the team for execution of efficiencies
- Provide technology-based services incorporating strategy development and delivery of Workplace Technology
- Key leader for Workplace Technologies’ transformation to the Agile Domain model, incorporating agile best practise, squad alignment/resourcing, Progressive Elaboration processes and metrics
- Responsible for developing the Workplace Delivery offshore capability across NAB’s Global Innovation Centre locations

- Collaborates with ease across multiple stakeholders
- Communicate and influence decisions at an Executive level
- Can manage a large team and portfolio of transformation projects which transform the colleague experience
- Is passionate about improving the technology NAB provides to colleagues

**What you will bring**:

- Proven and successful leader across workplace operational and delivery functions.
- Proven experience delivering workplace modernisation and transformation programs within large financial organisations.
- Proven experience at driving modernisation agenda within workplace functions
- Proven quality communicator and executive influencer
- Ability to attract, retain and develop staff
