**The Client**

With an in-house customs and logistics team this household name controls the import and clearance processes for a broad range of commodities. Well established forwarder.

**The Position**

Supporting the customs team you will assist with:

- Provide customs data entry support
- Check import documentation
- Update shipment files
- Liaise with clients and carriers
- Classify commodities for TCs and Duties
- Assist customs brokers with entry preparation

**The Requirements**

To be considered for this role you must have local customs compiling or classifying experience plus:

- Accurate and fast data entry skills
- Knowledge of commercial documentation, shipping terms and Customs procedures
- Accurate tariff classification
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Commitment to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and corporate presentation
- Australian full-time working rights required.
