Have you ever thought "I love working weekends" then we are looking for you Our busy cafe in North Tivoli is looking for a Weekend Manager to work Friday to Monday. Everything kicks off at 6:30am for a 7:00 open, and we are usually done and dusted by 2:30pm at the latest. On the weekend we are out by 2:00pm

What we are looking for:
Customer service experience - no matter how tired you might be that smile never fades.

Experience managing people (not yelling at them), especially juniors.

Confidence to make decisions without needing to ask the boss, and sometimes very quickly

Manage customer expectations and ensure a smooth flowing service period

Be a team player who is willing to chip in and do the less glamorous jobs

Be able to see what needs to be done

Organisation and time management

Stock control

Creative input on drink specials

Barista skills

What you are looking for:

- a cafe with great customers
- a great team that work together
- no boss breathing down your neck
- Good hours and days free during the week

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
