**About the role**
Step into the vibrant, ever-evolving world of Grill’d, where your expertise in Food quality will elevate our brand to new heights We’re looking for a dynamic Quality Lead with unmatched stakeholder engagement skills, ready to steer our Quality department through high-impact strategies, rigorous compliance, and stellar performance, ensuring that Grill’d standards shine across every bite.
**In this role you will**:
- Drive Quality Excellence: Oversee the Quality Management System with precision, leading by example and optimizing quality standards for everything from farm to Grill’d Restaurants. You'll be the mastermind behind supplier assurance and quality compliance, ensuring each ingredient meets Grill’d expectations.
- Champion Supplier Assurance: Partner with suppliers to implement best practices and evolve them toward continuous improvement. From quality audits to food safety checks, you'll be the linchpin that keeps our supply chain robust and dependable.
- Elevate Operations Quality: Collaborate with Grill'd Restaurant Operations to ensure food safety, tackle customer feedback, and streamline QA processes. You'll ensure every Grill’d location not only meets but exceeds our HACCP and food safety standards.
- Inspire and Lead: Guide and mentor a small team, setting a vision of quality that aligns with our brand’s values and standards. You’ll empower staff, nurture their talents, and foster a culture of excellence and growth.
**What makes you the ideal fit?**
- A degree in food science, nutrition, or a related field.
- A strategic mind with sharp decision-making abilities and a knack for balancing technical insights with commercial impact.
- Demonstrated experience in food safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance within food manufacturing or high-volume commercial kitchens.
- Experience within Hospitality, FMCG & Manufactory will be considered highly
- Deep knowledge of HACCP, SQF, BRC, ISO22000, and food safety regulations.
- Travel is required in this role, so the ability to work interstate a few days within a month.
