**The Position**

Based at our store at Logan Hyperdome Shopping Centre, we are seeking a hard working, Kitchen Hand

If you’re motivated, have a positive attitude towards work, and are ready to carve up a storm, then we want you to join our team.

We’re looking for people who enjoy working in a team, learning and developing new skills and love a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an experienced, well presented, energetic, attention to detail and highly motivated short order cook for our company owned and run store within the Logan Hyperdome shopping centre.

This position is Permanent Part Time starting with approximately 30 to 35 hours per week and requires you to be available to accommodate a 7 day roster.

Team Members are responsible for ensuring the provision of fresh, quality products, friendly and efficient service and maintaining clean and well-presented facilities for our valued customers

**_What are the main duties and requirements?_**

You will be cooking meats in our overnight ovens, Cooking Burgers, Chips, Fish, etc.
You will be performing food prep on meat, vegetables and condiments.
You will be ensuring the kitchen is always at a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
You will be required to have knowledge of food safety.
You will be performing general cleaning duties
You must have flexible availability
You must be able to work at Loganholme
Live close by or have own transport
This position would be perfect for an experienced cook or cafe all rounder who loves working with food and looking for long term employment within our team at Bucking Bull

**_What skills, knowledge and attitude do I need?_**

Our store gas quite a high volume during the lunchtime service and weekends therefore you must have previously worked in a similarly busy cafe or takeaway shop for at least 1 years as a short order cook with a strong ability to work under pressure and communicate clearly.

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
