**HR Driver/Labourer Wanted for Ideal Labour Hire in Sydney, Australia**

Ideal Labour Hire is a leading provider of skilled tradespeople to the construction, mining, and manufacturing industries across Sydney and beyond. We are currently seeking an experienced HR driver to join our team.

**About the Role**

As an HR driver with Ideal Labour Hire, you will be responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and personnel to and from worksites across Sydney. You must have experience in operating heavy vehicles, such as trucks with a gross vehicle mass (GVM) of over 8 tonnes. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring that all loads are secured properly and complying with relevant road safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR driver
- Base rate **$39** plus **$23 **daily travel allowance
- **$18** Daily meal allowance (After 9.5 hours worked)
- Overtime rates for the weekend, time and half for the first 2 hours at **$58.5** on Saturday then double time at **$78** for every other hour, and Sunday double time at **$78** for every hour.
- Current HR driver's licence
- Experience in operating heavy vehicles with a GVM of over 8 tonnes
- Knowledge of road safety regulations and load restraint guidelines
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong focus on safety
