**About the Role**

As the Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).

**Some of the responsibilities include**:
Coordination and monitoring of all Housekeeping activities

Prepares the annual Housekeeping budget and fulfils the financial objectives of the hotel through proper and efficient management; ensure that the department's Operational Budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled; ensure monthly forecasted figures are achieved

Establishes control systems for Employee Uniforms, Linen, Housekeeping Equipment, materials and supplies.

Ensure all employees attend and complete required training, meetings or other scheduled activities as required

**Qualifications**:
Relevant Hospitality degree

Previous experience in a similar role within five-star hotel market

A strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational / time-management skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
