Kip McGrath is an international tutoring company which started in Metford NSW 45 years ago. It uses a proven program designed to maximise the student achievement in their lesson.

We are currently looking for qualified teachers to work in the Greenhills, NSW Centre on a casual basis. Work generally commences at 3.45pm and the lessons run until 7.30pm weekdays, with the possibility of weekend work.

Duties will include:
1. Keep students engaged and ensure progress towards the student’s goal/s in each lesson.

2. Tailor learning methods to suit individual student needs and intervene at the appropriate moments to maintain lesson momentum.

3. Create an environment that maximises student learning by following the Kip Tutoring methodology and utilising Kip curriculum.

4. Provide timely and honest feedback to students and parents, in alignment with the learning goals.

5. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to manage parent/student interactions and maintain ongoing customer satisfaction.

6. Ensure that an appropriate professional standard of care as a teacher is maintained, and that students are at all times treated with dignity and respect.

Selection Criteria:
1. Must have experience in teaching.

2. Must be confident with Math and English teaching at a primary level. High school level is preferred but not essential.

3. Must have a current working with children's check.

4. Great communication skills and the ability to talk to a variety of parents and children.

How to Apply:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Graduate

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 15 per week
