**Roving Maintenance Officer**

**Southern Region**

**Hall & Prior** currently have a position for a **Part**-time Roving Maintenance Office**r across our Nursing Homes situated in **Wilson, South Perth, Como, Kensington, Rockingham and Fremantle.**

**To be considered for this position you must meet the following criteria**:

- Hands on understanding of building maintenance work and procedures
- Trade Background
- Flexible and innovative approach to problem solving
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Full 'C' Class Drivers Licence
- National Police Check Certificate
- Neat and tidy presentation
- A helping, positive, empathetic and patient attitude

**Key attributes for this position**
- Trade Qualification
- Experience in a similar position
- Understanding of continuous improvement principles and Occupational Health & Safety Principles.
