**Our Opportunity**

We are excited to announce that we currently have permanent positions available to work from our Maroochydore branch for individuals who can show us they can live and breath our values. We operate Monday to Friday but due to the nature of our client requirements, you will sometimes need to be flexible with your availability to work weekends, evenings or emergency call backs to deal with weather situations.

**About our roles**:
Safe and efficient operation of vehicles and equipment;
Quality Servicing of GPT’s as per O&M manuals;
Installation of litter baskets;
Inspection of GPT’s to ensure integrity and correct operation;
Maintenance of GPT’s. ( basket repairs);
Maintain accurate records and data entry (e.g. cleaning, day sheets and vehicle checks);
Communication with public and stakeholders related to the task;
Safe and Effective Management of Subcontractors that assist with the completion of works (e.g. Franna, boat skipper, off siders);
Provide direction to offsiders to conduct activities;
Scheduling and Planning in conjunction with Ops Manager.

esponsible for the planning and execution of works aligned with agreed schedule;
Liaise with client where appropriate on-site locations;
Ensuring vehicles, tools and equipment are maintained for safety and efficiency;
Preparation, execution and debrief of trips;
Continuous improvement and management of initiatives;
Minor maintenance, repairs and improvements of vehicles, plant and equipment;
Ensure SWMS, JHA’s, permits, procedures are appropriate to the task, updated and in order.

**In addition to some or all of the above competencies, you will have**:
Basic Computer literacy

Confined Space Ticket (desired)

Working at Heights Ticket (desired)

First Aid Ticket (desired)

Smaller Assets - Litter Basket:

- Demonstrated competency in the servicing and maintenance of a wide variety of Litter baskets as per O&M manual;
- Basic workshop skills, welding, drilling, cleaning;
- Installation of litter baskets in a variety of pits to ensure effective operation, maintenance and servicing; and
- Demonstrated competency with high risk work (Pedestrian and Traffic Management.).

Larger GPT Assets
- Demonstrated competency in the servicing and maintenance of a wide variety of GPT’s as per O&M manual;
- Driving HR vehicle in traffic and restricted spaces;
- Basic workshop skills, welding, drilling, cleaning;
- Installation of litter baskets in a variety of pits to ensure effective operation, maintenance and servicing;
- Vehicle Loading Crane experience in challenging environment; and
- Demonstrated competency with high risk work (Pedestrian and Traffic Management, Confined Space

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and make safe, efficient and effective decisions.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to successfully supervise a small team.

Planning: accountability and ownership of work packs from planning, mobilisation, execution, demobilisation and lessons learnt capture.

Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.

Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
