**The Opportunity**:
Based in our accommodation facilities in Hastings as a Support Worker at Claro, you will be supporting our customers with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:

- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

**Shift times**:
Community Access - Tuesday & Wednesday
- 10:00am - 3:00pm

Tuesday - Friday
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- _Additional shifts available in surrounding houses._

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Induvial Support
- Experience as a Disability Support Worker
- NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
- Able to work a range of shifts including morning & afternoon
- Experience with non-verbal clients
- Mealtime management
- Hoist experience
- Complex care experience
