**Job Description**:
As a Retail Sales Assistant at The UGG Shop, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience. You will assist customers in selecting products, provide detailed product information, and ensure the store is well-presented. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, enthusiastic, and eager to be a part of a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage with customers, providing friendly and personalized service.
- Assist customers in finding the right products, explaining features, and offering styling advice.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle cash register operations, including sales transactions and refunds.
- Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring shelves are full and displays are attractive.
- Assist with inventory management and stock counts as needed.
- Build and maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Actively participate in store promotions and marketing activities.
- Uphold store standards by adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- A team player who is motivated and eager to learn.
- Basic computer skills for point-of-sale systems.

Pay: From $33.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:
