**Beerwah Amcal Pharmacy **is a large, dynamic, contemporary retail pharmacy with a focus on delivering trustworthy and modern healthcare advice, while providing excellent customer service.

We have an opening for a **Full time Retail Manager** to join our incredible team and collaborate with our Pharmacy Manager to support and manage the day-to-day operations of our Pharmacy

Day-to-day duties:

- Managing team rostering and attendance
- Conducting performance reviews to make a difference. Our team is the key to our success
- Implementing training needs and staff meetings, being a hands-on leader
- Day to day operations and instore promotions
- Play a pivotal role in building and maintaining professional customer relationships

Skills and Experience:

- Pharmacy or retail management experience essential
- Competent computer skills across Microsoft Office and POS software
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
