We are on the lookout for an Assistant Manager to join our team at Wantirna on a Full Time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Available to work a roster which includes at least 2 closes per week
- Training of new team members
- Lead by example
- Ordering stock, checking in deliveries and checking invoices
- Ensure 100% compliance in accordance to Subway® and council guidelines
- Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and presentation
- Implement in-store marketing material and POP in line with campaigns
- Promote and encourage a high level of customer service amongst employees
- Handle unresolved and/or escalated customer complaints
- Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales, inquiries and catering to customer needs.

Above all we are looking for energetic, bubbly and engaging individuals. We are happy to provide training for the right applicant.

**Salary**: $44,207.79 - $55,000.00 per year
