**The Opportunity**

The harvest casual position is situated in our Northern Feed Mill which supplies stock feed to our northern piggeries. The role reports directly to the Mill Manager. An attractive above award salary, coupled with training and professional development, will be offered to the successful applicant. The role responsibilities include:

- Pre-load finished feed deliveries from customer feed orders into the Weighbridge computer ready for out loading
- Assist finished feed delivery truck drivers with loading out feed while completing necessary paperwork/ computer records
- Test and receive incoming grain and meal delivery trucks
- Top up dispensing hoppers & bins
- Perform durability and analysis of raw materials and finished products
- Operate and maintain tractors & augers
- Undertake other duties as required

As a key member of this team, the successful applicant must:

- Current Forklift, EWP or Confined Space licence is an advantage but not essential
- Sound communication and effective time management skills
- A current driver's licence
- A preparedness to work flexible hours (including some weekends and public holidays)
- Be physically fit and able to cope with the physical demands of the role, which includes manual handling tasks including lifting
- Have a positive attitude towards the intrinsic values of trust, integrity, agility, quality, innovation and unity
- Ability to work within a small team or autonomously
