**About the Role**:You will work closely with our Food and Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, playing a pivotal role in the leadership team. Your expertise will be key in elevating our bar offerings, imparting your knowledge to the team, and inspiring continuous creativity in our ever-evolving cocktail menu.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent cocktail & coffee experience
- Previous experience within a fast paced, professional hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Proven experience working & leading within a successful team environment
- Experience with stock take, ordering and strict stock control
- Valid RSA competency card
- Capacity to think outside the box to ensure continuous improvement
- Ability to lead by example, be hands on and can instil a sense of fun in the workplace, no egos
- Above all, someone who is motivated to take full ownership of the role and progress with the company
