**About Your Role**
- Support the Coordinator in leading daily operations and step into the role when required.
- Assist with ensuring compliance and high-quality care aligned with NQS and MTOP.
- Help mentor and support educators to achieve strong learning outcomes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families, the community, and external partners.

**About You**:

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
- Current Blue Card, with up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
- Experience in long day care, with confidence working across multiple age groups.
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines, NQF, and relevant legislation.
- A child-centred approach, viewing children as capable learners, and a strong understanding of contemporary early childhood practices.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
