**Your new role**
You will be an integral member of the finance team, responsible for processing and performing the timely compilation of all ends to end payroll functions for 110 to 200 employees. This will be a part-time permanent role with 3 days a week, or full time at 5 days a week. You will look after the wages and salary of employees weekly, across different states in Australia, maintain all payroll data, files and personal information in accordance with privacy legislation.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience operating as a Payroll Officer within a small to medium-sized company and have a high work ethic. You will need to have knowledge of the full end to end payroll process and good computer literacy and numerical data processing speed and accuracy skills. Experience in the systems Xero, Employment Hero and Deputy is desired, but not essential. Also, knowledge of interstate award rates would be beneficial. Additionally, you will need to have developed communication skills, problem analysis, resolution, and time management skills.
