Due to continual growth, we are seeking a motivated and energetic trainer, this is a critical role in the business providing quality competency-based training and assessment services to our employees across our operations. Ensuring all our employees have the right skill set and attitude to maintain and enhance our reputation as a leader in refrigerated logistics in WA.

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and procedures
- Ensure consistency in training and assessment processes
- Train and evaluate new employees’ operating performance during probation period.
- Evaluate employee’s performance and determine whether further training is requirements.
- Provide feedback and guidance to employees to help them improve their operating abilities.
- Development and delivery of training requirements across the business or as directed by management.
- Develop, maintain and update Fleet and MHE Verification of Competencies (VoC) documentation as per company requirements.
- Ensuring that all employees are suitably trained & certified to work on relevant equipment.
- Conduct training gap analysis of operators across the business.
- Maintaining and updating employee training records and training plans on skills matrix.

**ABOUT YOU**:
**To be successful for this role applicants must**:

- Unrestricted MC WA licence.
- At least 5 years MC driving experience.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessing - TAE 40116 / TAE 40122 or equivalent highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a Trainer Role within the logistic industry.
- Understanding of the Australian Training Guidelines.
- Be reliable with high attendance record.
- Flexibility to travel domestically (Regional Depots) as required
- Have full working rights in Australia.
