We are seeking skilled and entry-level Glass Processors to join our production team. You will be trained or assigned based on experience across one or more of the following areas:
**Key Processing Areas**:

- Glass Cutting (Float Line)
- Waterjet Cutting (CNC)
- Furnace Operation
- Edgework Lines (Bevelling, Polishing)
- Custom Lamination (PVB, SGP interlayers)

**About You**:

- Prior experience in glass processing or similar factory work **highly regarded**, but **not essential**:

- Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks (with team lifting or mechanical aid support)
- Comfortable operating or learning to use machinery and tools safely
- Committed to working safely and following procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and a team contributor

**Safety Requirements**:
All factory workers must comply with FMI’s **mandatory PPE policy**, including:

- Steel-capped boots
- Cut-resistant gloves
- Forearm protection (gauntlets)
- Hi-visibility top
- Eye and hearing protection
- Long work pants (track pants not permitted)

Training in **manual handling** and **task-specific safety procedures** will be provided in accordance with Victorian OHS regulations.

You must be currently living in Australia and legally entitled to work in Australia to be considered for this position
