**In this Role**:

- You may experience challenging customers who will need your support in developing a payment plan or resolving a dispute. You will need to be comfortable in this environment, able to problem solve and develop creative solutions.
- You will be tasked with pulling metrics, reports, direct debit runs and supporting monthly closing activities.
- You will collaborate successfully with other departments within IDEXX and add to a great experience for our customers.

**What you need to Succeed**:

- You have at least two years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- You have technical savvy and are familiar with SAP, SALESFORCE and have a solid understanding of the MS Office suite i.e. Teams, excel, word
- You are adept at dealing with pressure, have flexibility and have an eye for detail. These traits you can showcase from previous working experiences.
- You are an effective communicator and have strong negotiating and organizational skills that will set you up for success in this job.
- You have a high level of accuracy and the ability to work effectively and independently.
- You are a team player with great communication skills and attention to detail.
- You have the ability to deal with changing priorities and challenges.
- You have emotional intelligence, humility, willingness to learn and take and receive feedback constructively.
- You possess high ethical standards and a positive attitude.
