We are currently seeking a committed and reliable NDIS support worker to assist our client based in Lindfield area for an ASAP start. Client is looking for an experienced support worker for In home care and Social support.

From the client:

- Hi, I am looking for a female Carer to help me with my morning routine which consists of making me breakfast, cleaning the kitchen. Minimal personal care ie assisting me put my clothes on, (I can shower and wash myself). Also need help with light household duties - eg) changing and washing of bed linen. Small amount of washing of clothes. Must have comfortable car ie good suspension so that I can travel in your car to go for a Coffee with you or be taken to a medical appointment if needed or if we need to go and do some shopping. So basically, after the chores in the home have been done. We may go out to a local Cafe for Coffee if time permits, as I really enjoy spending time with my lovely Carers and having a Coffee with them._
- Due to my sore back it is important that the car has good suspension._

- I am looking for a FEMALE Carer to take me out into the Community. I like going out to Cafes and spending time with a nice lady. I really enjoy having female company and I love having a "girls chat". I also like going to Cafes near beaches eg)Dee Why Beach Cafes are great. These shifts may involve some shopping if required. The services are four and a half hours long, FRIDAY starting at 1.00pm and finishing at 5.30pm. However, on WEDNESDAY the service starts at 12.30pm to 5.00pm. The Carer needs to have their own car (with good suspension), be a confident driver and speak good English. To describe myself, I am an outgoing person and very much a "people person". I am looking for a nice lady who also enjoys female company and enjoys having a chat. if you are able to help me, I would very much like to hear from you._

Mondays 1300-1730PM

Tuesdays 1100-1500PM

Thursdays 1100-1500PM

Possibility for Evenings and Weekend shifts.

$0.92 per km between shifts (terms and conditions apply)

Supports required include:

- Social support
- Community access
- Domestic assistance
- Assistance with Daily Activities
- Assist with Personal Care
- Meal prep

Must have:

- Experience working with clients with challenging behaviours
- Current Australian Driver’s License & Reliable Car
- Current NDIS Worker screening card or willingness to obtain
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent desirable but NOT ESSENTIAL.
- Be able to provide 2 current/recent work-related references.
