**Key responsibilities include**:

- Completing safety reporting, training support and maintaining records
- Completing vendor payments
- Reviewing accounting schedules to provide training and quality assurance within service accounting processes
- Reconciliation of payments daily for service department
- Completing the service staff payroll timesheet
- Assist the service training department in technician and staff development through reporting, tracking and project support
- Promoting a successful customer experience by supporting both internal and external communications
- Developing process and policies to continuously improve the service department operations

**Required skills and abilities**:

- Prior administration/coordination experience
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills, including the ability to complete V LOOKUPS, index match, pivot tables, marcos and advanced conditional formatting
- Ability to resolve problems, provide quality assurance, ongoing training, cross-training/job rotation and mentoring
- Ability to complete data simulations to assist with providing accurate insights to the business
