Milperra Dental Surgery is seeking a motivated and friendly **Dental Assistant to work on Wednesdays and possibly Thursdays**. This is a role, where you'll be responsible for both assisting in dental procedures and sterilizing instruments. We are looking for **someone who is flexible, can act professionally,** eager to learn, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing outstanding patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the dentist during procedures and treatments
- Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation
- Greet and assist patients, managing appointments and inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and maintaining patient files

**Required Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and handle a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- No additional qualifications required

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Casual employment, with an hourly rate ranging from **$25-$40** depending on experience
- Supportive team environment with the opportunity for learning and growth
