**What’s your role?**

Bupa is seeking talented and motivated Automation Testers to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a permanent role (we have 3 open positions), with flexibility to be based in either Sydney or Melbourne. As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automation scripts for projects and programs within Bupa Technology

**What will my day involve?**
- Implement best-practice unit, contract, integration, and UI automation testing in a CI/CD environment
- Collaborate with teams to source test data and support API implementation for test data management
- Convert business requirements/user stories into automated test scenarios
- Provide recommendations to enhance Bupa Australia’s quality assurance practices and processes
- Design, create, and execute automation scripts using various testing tools
- Align and execute automation regression testing across multiple environments
- Follow best practices for building progression and regression test scripts
- Define and manage test environment requirements, ensuring they remain up-to-date with the codebase
- Execute automation test scripts and document results
- Log and manage defects identified during test execution
- Provide input on estimation of testing activities to Test Lead/Manager

**What will I bring?**
- Strong experience in Selenium with any language, C# preferred
- Test Automation Techniques for API and Service Layer
- Automation Mass/Bulk execution techniques e.g. Selenium Grid, Test Agents Pool, Browser Stack
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps & Agile Testing
- Experienced in developing test automation frameworks using Selenium and Microsoft Visual Studio
- Exposure to Testing Integration in DevOps pipeline [CI-CD]
- Good understanding of branching strategies and GitHub
- Good Object Orientated (OOP) software development experience with C#.Net
- Demonstrated ability to produce high quality code, undertake code reviews and provide feedback to the other developers
- Experience in automation feasibility analysis
- Implementation and maintenance of automated test suites/scripts
