FinXL is partnering with a prominent client in the Insurance industry for a 12-month engagement. This assignment offers a hybrid work arrangement, based in Sydney CBD.

This engagement is for a PMO Specialist to join a highly experienced and capable portfolio, change, and delivery team. The consultant will operate across two teams providing crucial support with administration, tooling, reporting, insights capture, engagement, and planning.

**Key Deliverables**
- Operate portfolio governance, reporting, and routines to provide an integrated view of portfolio delivery activity and overall health.
- Engage with Program and Project Managers to consolidate the integrated portfolio roadmap and narrative.
- Provide timely portfolio status reporting and integrated reports to relevant Divisional/Group forums.
- Support running forums and business interlock sessions, including assistance with packs, organization, and planning.

**Skills & Experience**:

- 5+ years of proven planning and/or portfolio governance experience in complex business environments.
- Demonstrated ability to connect planning, prioritization, and sequencing within a complex environment.
- Proficiency in using PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement capability at all levels, with excellent written and verbal communication.
