Key Responsiblities:
Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with QPS values as outlined above
Experience in general administrative and secretariat tasks that is required as part of project and governance committees
Assist in the development and review of Business and Operational Plans that link with Departmental and branch outcomes.

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Key Responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated ability in developing and managing ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management. (SFIA: USUP Level 3, PBMG Level 4, CHMG Level 3, CFMG Level 3, TEST Level 2)
Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions. (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing)
Skills in desktop support are a requirement of this role
Understanding or proven ability to quickly learn impacts of other technologies or environments such as databases, servers and networking.

Specific Working Conditions:
This position may be required to work at different sites
Participation in on-call arrangements may be required for this position as well as out of hours work for change implementations. Appropriate remuneration under the Award will apply.
