This role is the perfect opportunity for allied health professionals who are either experienced in occupational rehabilitation or clinicians looking to put 'down the tools' but still use your clinical knowledge and experience in a role that makes a real difference All levels of experience are welcomed and encouraged to apply Full-time and part-time positions are available. Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are encouraged to apply. **What you will be doing**: - Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services - Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly - Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work. - Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic) - Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients **Why this role**: - Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus - Financial incentives - Receive regular financial rewards for making an impact, through achieving successful client outcomes - Need more 'me time'?
