**About the role**

We are currently recruiting for female Disability Support Workers to provide ongoing support to our participant. The shifts we have available include, Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays 4-6pm. Support requirements for our participant may include, personal care and activities of daily living,

**About you**

As a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated experienced Disability Support Worker, you will have a passion to make a difference to the lives of the people you support by providing quality individual supports. You will have experience building strong rapport and implementing support plans, including behaviour support plans.
- Experience supporting people with physical disabilities.
- Experience providing personal care support.
- Experience supporting participants to meet their personal goals, with daily living and independent living skills
- Experience writing accurate and detailed case notes
- First Aid Certificate
- Drivers Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
- Legal working rights in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Deer Park VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
