**Assistant Store Manager**

**The Search**

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager ideally with experience in the food & wine industry.

Located in the beautiful area of Goodwood, our store is known for its offering of the very best products, both local & international.

A passion for fine food & wine would also be beneficial

**The Company**

Bottega Rotolo is a well-established import & distribution business in South Australia with a reputation for having the finest imported and locally produced products. We are looking for someone to join our iconic business and add their contribution to the successful Bottega story.

**The Position**

The position is a casual role and requires a minimum availability of 20 hours per week. The store operates Tuesday - Friday until 5pm & Saturday until 2pm.

This will be an exciting opportunity to be part of day-to-day operations of our signature store, working as part of a close team, to assist our customers and assure their experience is of the highest level.

To be successful in this role, previous experience in a food related retail position would be highly preferred, however extensive experience in hospitality or food service will also be highly considered.

**The Responsibilities**

Providing exceptional customer service

Providing assistance & information about the products to our customers

Proactive selling - explaining the products, making suggestions & recommendations.

General housekeeping of store - maintain high standard of orderliness & cleanliness.

Proactive in maintaining the high standard of store presentation & product display.

Assist in inventory management, checking arrival of stock, filling store with stock.

Assist in the preparation & picking of online orders.

Adherence to opening and closing procedures.

Ensure all safety and quality assurance guidelines are followed whilst working.

**Salary**: From $20.46 per hour
