**Position Overview**:
Truefitt & Hill is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our esteemed team. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, showcasing our premium grooming products, and upholding the reputation of Truefitt & Hill.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice on grooming essentials.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction
- **Sales and Merchandising**:

- Actively engage in product sales and meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail space.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Uphold Truefitt & Hill's brand image and heritage through exceptional service.
- Educate customers on the history and unique offerings of Truefitt & Hill.
- **Cash Handling and Transactions**:

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the broader Truefitt & Hill team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in helping the barbers with their needs such as hot towels and insterting blades

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Passion for grooming and an interest in men's grooming products.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
